General terms and conditions

The e-commerce store meowase.com sells products (hereinafter referred to as Products) owned by DRE Investments OÜ. The terms apply to legal relations arising between the client (hereinafter referred to as the Client) and the owner of the online store, DRE Investments OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), in connection with the purchase of Products from the online store at the internet address www.meowase.com. In addition to these terms, legal relations arising from the purchase of Products from the online store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Prices

All prices displayed on the online store are in euros and include VAT applicable in the Republic of Estonia.

Products

The Products displayed in the online store are usually in stock or can be pre-ordered (corresponding information is available in the product description). The availability of these Products cannot be guaranteed as it may be incorrect due to possible technical problems with the online store programs.
If the Client places an order but it turns out that the requested Product is out of stock, the online store cannot fulfill the order. In such cases, an employee of the online store will contact the Client and offer a replacement product, a possible new delivery time, or refund the purchase amount to the Client within 10 days.
The photos of the Products displayed on the online store are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly unintentionally from the actual appearance of the Product.

Making a purchase

The Client selects the desired Product in the online store and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
To place an order, the Client must click the “Proceed to payment” button in the shopping cart, which will take the Client to the order processing page. After entering the required data, the Client pays for the Product via the internet bank link and confirms the order by clicking the “Back to merchant” button.
After payment for the Product has been made, the online store will send an order confirmation to the Client’s e-mail address.
The Client is obligated to provide the necessary, truthful data required for order fulfillment when placing an order.
The Seller is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect data provided by the Client when placing an order.

Payment options

Meowase.com online store allows the following payment methods:

Bank transfer – payment for the order can be made via bank transfer. Clicking on the bank transfer link will direct the Client to the selected online bank. By entering the username and password, the Client enters their online bank, where the payment order, including the amount due for Products purchased from meowase.com, is already filled in. The payment is made through Montonio Finance OÜ.

Credit card – payment is made through Montonio Finance OÜ outside the e-commerce environment. The meowase.com online store does not have access to the buyer’s bank account information at any time.

DRE Investments OÜ provides the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ or AS ESTO with the necessary personal data for carrying out payments.

Delivery of goods

The warehouse is located in Tallinn. The product is delivered to the courier after receiving confirmation of the order on the same day or the next working day by 12:00. The delivery time depends on the delivery method and location.

Delivery in Estonia takes 2 to 4 working days. International delivery takes 3 to 7 working days. Our partners: FedEx, Omniva, Itella.

We use Express door-to-door delivery and Omniva post office delivery.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to exchange or return the ordered product within 30 days. The 30-day deadline begins from the receipt of the product. To withdraw, the customer must send a withdrawal notice to the email address info@meowase.com. An example of the notice can be found under “Returning goods.”
When returning goods, the principle applies that the return is made in the same way that the goods were delivered to the buyer.
By using the return methods offered by the online store, the return of the products is free of charge to the customer. If other return methods are used, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the transport costs incurred by the customer. The Seller will transfer the returned Product/Products, including the customer’s delivery costs, back to the customer’s account within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. The customer must return the returned product to the Seller within 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal notice. If the Products have not reached the Seller within the said deadline, the repayment period will be extended until the Products have been received by the Seller. The returned product must not have been used, damaged, soiled, or show any other signs of use. The product must be complete (including the product package and all items contained in the product package – instructions, certificate, etc.).

Procedure for filing claims

The 2-year deadline for submitting complaints specified in §218 (2) of the Law of Obligations Act applies to products sold in the online store. Any disputes between the customer and the seller shall be resolved through negotiations.

In the event of a defect, the customer has the right to contact the online store within two months by sending an email to info@meowase.com or by calling +372 53593918.

If a product purchased from the online store has defects for which the seller is responsible, the seller will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the seller will refund all fees associated with the sales agreement to the buyer.

The seller will respond to complaints from the consumer as soon as possible but no later than 15 days after receipt of the complaint.

In the event of non-conformity with the terms of the sales contract, the customer has the right to demand that the product be repaired or replaced, and the costs associated with the repair or replacement, including transportation, postage, labor, travel, and material costs, shall be borne by the seller.

The seller is not responsible for any damage resulting from the misuse of ordered products or for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the seller’s control, including force majeure.

Liability

The seller and the customer are responsible for the damage caused to each other as a result of the violation of these terms and conditions, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia. The seller is responsible for the sales price of the product, and the customer is obligated to use the online store service only for purposes in compliance with the law and good practices.

Terms of Use and Changes

By registering or making a purchase in the online store, the customer agrees to the terms of use and undertakes to comply with them. The sales agreement between the seller and the customer enters into force upon receipt of the payment amount due to the seller’s account.

The seller may change the terms of use and product prices in the online store without prior notice. Notice of changes will be published in the online store environment. The transaction will be subject to the prices and other conditions visible to the customer at the time of the transaction.

The seller reserves the right to cancel an order if the price of the product displayed in the online store was incorrect due to a technical error.

Other conditions

Any disputes between the customer and the seller shall be resolved through negotiations. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the proceedings and the submission of an application can be found here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the customer and the seller. The examination of the customer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.

  • Kohelge kõiki teemante habrastena. Kuigi teemant võib karmides tingimustes vastu pidada, siis kivide kinnitused ise on tehtud väärismetallist ehk teisisõnu pehmetest metallidest. Samuti on teemandid haprad igasugustele rasketele löökidele.

Teemantide kandmine igapäevaselt

  • Majapidamistöödel ja igasugusel füüsilisel tegevusel eemaldada ehted kätelt.
  • Enne magamaminekut soovitame ehted ära võtta.
  • Hoidke ehteid eemal alkoholist, kosmeetikast, ammoniaagist, kloorist ja teistest söövitavatest ainetest.
  • Hoidke ehteid hoiustades neid kas originaalses pakendis või ehetekarbis.

Teemantide hoiustamine

  • Ehted kriimustuvad, kui nad puutuvad kokku teineteisega. Teemandid on ühed kõige tugevamatest mineraalidest, mis tähendab, et nad võivad teiste pehmete materjalidega kokkupuutudes neid kriimustada.
  • Kaela- ja käeketid peaks asetama eraldi tasapinnaliselt karpi või ehtelaekasse, et ketid omavahel sõlme ei läheks.

Teemantide puhastamine

  • Ehete hoolduseks ja puhastamiseks on meil erinevad puhastusvahendid, millega saab taastada ehete välimust ja sära.
